Dining Under the Gables

One bout of food poisoning prior to a prelim, and you'll think twice about letting strangers cook your food. Phi Psi's hearth is tended by our friend and award-winning chef, Dave D'Aprix, who teaches at the hotel school.

While kegs were banned on the Hill after the return of university regulation in 1992, the Interfraternity Council, the Office of the Dean of Fraternities and Sororities, and our National do permit responsible use of beer and wine within our House.

Getting the max from Cornell means using your meal time to converse, discourse, and build the bonds of brotherhood.
